Within the ‘Simple Vendor Optimization’ model, the ultimate goal is to drive increased profitability through product savings, with a portion of those savings to be shared for a finite period of time. There is a catch, our model is different: payments are made after those savings are “realized” (after the money is spent and you have already increased profitability).
