Building strategic, long term supply relationships is the primary goal of Supply Chain Simple. With those mutually beneficial relationships comes long term savings. This is different than simply attacking price. A price reduction is not beneficial if it is temporary and subject to a substantial increase in the near term. The primary objective of the simple solution is to deliver long term savings and strategically founded supplier relationships to increase the client’s profitability.
